The Bendy Computers Bill of Rights

  1. You have the right to have to know the maximum price any service or product will cost before it is rendered. You will also only pay for services that are essential to having your system in working order. For instance, if you purchased a Malware Removal, but only needed an On-Site visit, you will be refunded the price difference between Malware Removal and On-Site visit.

  2. You have the right to have any questions answered in a clear and respectful manner.

  3. You have the right to substitute any parts you wish in any system you purchase. However, the price of said system will reflect the cost of aforementioned parts substitutions.

  4. You have the right to know what causes any issues with your system and be informed of how to prevent said issues from occurring in the future.

  5. You have the right to US based support. If you come to us with an issue, we will exhaust all remote support options before dispatching a technician, so you can be up and running faster and cheaper.

  6. You can contact us anytime at support@bendycomputers.com with questions or concerns, but payment must be rendered upon satisfactory service completion. Parts must be paid for before sourcing from suppliers. Questions pertaining to specific products and what they entail are free.

  7. You may be required to provide certain personal information to get services and products on our website. We will not excessively market to you or sell this information to anyone. This information is accessed on a need to know basis by trusted partners only.
  8. Bendy Computers is a relatively small organization. We will service you as soon as possible.

  9. You will maintain professional interactions with any representative of Bendy Computers, as you would expect us to do with you. It is okay to be upset with your situation, but do not take it out on us. We reserve the right refuse service at our discretion.

  10. Should you need service for physical damage, we have a list of recommended providers available upon request.
